Starting CourSell Construction was the next most logical step in growing our enterprise. Starting out as an owner/operator of a Landscaping Business that grew over the course of 5 years and seeing how hard work, dedication to taking care of the customer, and taking calculated risks pay off has shown me the way. I have a passion for growing businesses and Coursell Construction is taking us to the next level in the industry. Early on in my career, I would always say no job is too small and now my thought process is no job is too big. Being an entrepreneur has always been a dream of mine and as we grow CourSell Construction this has become a reality.

The biggest reason I joined CourSell is the passion and work ethic the owners Jack and Brady have. I have never worked with two people with more passion to grow and the work ethic to make it happen. They don’t understand the words no or can’t and the growth of this company has no ceiling. 

I have been in Leadership positions throughout my career and this role will let me utilize all the skills I have learned. I will be focusing on Business Development, Operations, and Staff Development in my role as Vice President.
